This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Thursday, 30 October 2025, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 and the relevant announcement and to transact any other business (if any).
