As disclosed in the Announcement, the proposal of payment of final dividend of RMB0.02 per Share for the year of 2023 to the Shareholders as recommended by the Board was approved at the 2023 AGM. The Company will distribute the final dividend for the year of 2023 on 15 July 2024 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders of the Company as at 29 May 2024. For holders of H Shares to receive the final dividend for the year of 2023, the Company will provide currency options.

If holders of H Shares wish to elect to receive all (but not part, save in the case of HKSCC Nominees Limited, which may elect to receive part of its entitlement in Renminbi) of the final dividend for the year of 2023 in Renminbi, holders of H Shares should complete a dividend currency election form (“Dividend Currency Election Form”) and return it to the Company’s share registrar, Hong Kong Registrars Limited (the “Share Registrar”), at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 24 June 2024.

If no election is made by holders of H Shares or no Dividend Currency Election Form is received by the Share Registrar by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 24 June 2024, such Shareholders will receive the final dividend for the year of 2023 in Hong Kong dollars based on the average mean price of Hong Kong dollar to Renminbi as announced daily by the People’s Bank of China over a period of one calendar week prior to the date of the declaration of the final dividend for the year of 2023.

If holders of H Shares wish to receive the final dividend for the year of 2023 in Hong Kong dollars, no additional action is required.
