This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Monday, 29 April 2024, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2024 and the relevant announcement.
