This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Thursday, 27 April 2023, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2023 and the relevant announcement.
