As calculated by the Company based on the written replies received 20 days prior to the 2016 first extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) to be held on 11 October 2016, the number of shares with voting rights represented by the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) who intend to attend the EGM does not exceed one-half of the total number of shares of the Company with voting rights.
