This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Wednesday, 17th August, 2016, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the announcement of interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30th June, 2016 and the payment of an interim dividend, if any.
