    All financial information set out in the 2015 third quarterly report of the Company is unaudited and the relevant financial statements are prepared in accordance with China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises. The 2015 third quarterly report of the Company will also be published on the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn) on 28 October 2015 and the main text of such report will be published in certain newspapers in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) on 29 October 2015.
