ANNOUNCEMENT OF POLL RESULTS OF THE SECOND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF 2015 AND THE FIRST H SHARE CLASS MEETING OF 2015 HELD ON 17 JULY 2015
Reference is made to the notice of the second extraordinary general meeting of 2015 (the “EGM Notice”), the notice of first H Share class meeting of 2015 (the “H Share Class Meeting Notice”) and the circular (the “Circular”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) dated 27 May 2015. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.
The Board is pleased to announce that the EGM, A Share Class Meeting and H Share Class Meeting were held at Meeting Room 305, 3rd Floor, Beijing International Convention Centre, No. 8 Bei Chen Dong Road, Chao Yang District, Beijing, the PRC on Friday, 17 July 2015 at 9:00 a.m. (convened in the order of the EGM, A Share Class Meeting and H Share Class Meeting).
