    Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) is required to publish its first quarterly results pursuant to the Regulations on Disclosure of Information on Quarterly Reports for Listed Companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
    All financial information set out in the 2015 first quarterly report of the Company is unaudited and the relevant financial statements are prepared in accordance with China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises. The 2015 first quarterly report of the Company will also be published on the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn) on 27 April 2015 and the main text of such report will be published in certain newspapers in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) on 28 April 2015.
