To convey the essence behind Guideline No.3 for the Supervision of Listed Companies — Cash Dividend Distribution of Listed Companies (《上市公司監管指引第3號 — 上市公司現金分紅》) in the context of the Company’s actual circumstances, the Company proposes to further refine the relevant provisions of the profit distribution policy in the Articles of Association and amend the relevant provisions of the Dividend Distribution Plan for Shareholders (2015–2017). The aforesaid matters have been considered and approved by the Directors at the Board meeting and will be submitted to the 2014 AGM for consideration and such matters will become effective upon the consideration and approval of the Shareholders at the 2014 AGM.
