The Board announced that amendments to the Articles of Association, amendments to the Rules of Procedures of the General Meeting, and retirement and election of Directors and Supervisors representing the Shareholders were approved at the meeting of the Board on 18 March 2015, and the current Supervisors representing the staff and workers, Mr. LIU Yao-Zhong and Mr. ZHANG Wei-Yan, were re-elected as Supervisors representing the staff and workers for the next session, and the contents were as follows.
