The Board is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at the EGM held on 15th November, 2013 were duly passed by the Shareholders voting by way of poll. |
Reference are made to the circular (the “Circular”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) and the notice of the first extraordinary general meeting of 2013 (the “EGM Notice”) both dated 27th September, 2013. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.
