This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Wednesday, 20th March, 2013, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries and the announcement of final results for the year ended 31st December, 2012 and consider the payment of the final dividend (if any).
