Rules of Procedures for Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of Beijing North Star Company Limited
(In case of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these rules of procedures, the Chinese original version shall prevail.)
Article 1 General Provisions
In order to regulate the organization of the Nomination Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”), to clearly define the duties and authorities of the Committee and to ensure the work efficiency and scientific decision of the Committee, these rules of procedures are formulated in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company, the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”), the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China (the “Company Law”) and the Rules of Procedures for the Board of Directors of Beijing North Star Company Limited.
