The 2010 annual general meeting was held on 1st June, 2011.

Resolutions as set out in the notice of 2010 annual general meeting were duly passed at the 2010 annual general meeting.

The proposal of the payment of final dividend was approved at the 2010 annual general meeting and the dividend warrants shall be distributed to the holders of H Shares of the Company on or before 29th July, 2011.
