CHANGE OF SUPERVISOR REPRESENTING THE SHAREHOLDERS
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. CHEN Yuan Chao who is a supervisor representing the shareholders have notified the Company that due to rearrangement of his job, Mr. CHEN will resign as supervisor representing the shareholders with effect from the approval of the shareholders at 2010 annual general meeting. He further confirms that he has no disagreement with the supervisor committee and the Board and there is no other matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
A shareholder has nominated Mr. LI Jishu as candidate for election as a supervisor representing the shareholders in place of Mr. CHEN Yuan Chao.
